In order for the AISIN Group to survive the once-in-a-century transformation of the automotive industry, which is ushering in the rapidly developing CASE-related fields and the entrance into the market by companies from other industries, it is necessary to further strengthen our competitiveness.
In an effort to strengthen collaboration within the Group and improve management efficiency, the AISIN Group introduced the Virtual Company System* in April 2017 to switch from branch management that has been behind AISIN Group’s growth thus far to group-wide management, and has since pushed forward with structural reform.
皇家国际体育 Also, at the end of October 2019, considering accelerating changes in external business conditions, a decision was made to integrate management of Aisin Seiki and Aisin AW (to be scheduled in April 2021) in order to further accelerate the structural reform.
Furthermore, in April 2020, to maximize sustainable business value in the entire group, the AISIN Group switched to the Company System, which evolved from the Virtual Company System.

Six operational companies, Powertrain, Chassis & Vehicle Safety System, Body, Aftermarket, L&E and CSS* were structured, which take charge of project planning, development and production, aiming to create highly competitive products and maximize business value.
